I. organizer

The organizer of this competition is BENZ & CO. Festbetriebe GmbH, Mercedesstraße 69, 70372 Stuttgart (hereinafter referred to as: Organizer).

II. Duration of the giveaway

The “Table in the midship” competition begins on November 21, 2025, and runs until November 23, 2025.

III. Scope of Application

By participating in the giveaway, each participant acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions as well as the stated participation period.

IV. Participation

1. Any natural person of legal age residing in the Federal Republic of Germany or Austria may participate in their own name.
2. Each person may participate only once.
3. Employees and service staff of the festival tent are excluded from participation.

V. PROCESS

1. Scan the QR code on the postcard.
2. Fill out the registration form.
3. You will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

VI. Selection of Winners

The winners will be selected at random in the office. An entire table for 10 people will always be awarded.

VII. Prize Acceptance

1. The winning table number is announced.
2. The prize consists exclusively of the scope specified by the organizer:
   – Two tables for 10 people each in the midship of the BENZ marquee at the Stuttgart Spring Festival 2026
   – 1 roast chicken voucher per person, plus service charge
   – 1 beer voucher per person, plus service charge
   
3. Cash payment of the prize value or discount value and exchange of the prize are excluded. The prize is non-transferable.

VIII. Premature Termination, Exclusion

1. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In such a case, participants are not entitled to any claims.
2. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from participating in the competition. This applies in the event of violations of the conditions of participation or if participants use manipulation or other dishonest means.
3. The user is entitled to revoke their declaration of intent to conclude a contract and participate in competitions at any time. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of this instruction. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration of revocation in good time. It must be made in writing without giving reasons and sent to: kontakt@beimbenz.de.
4. META is not responsible for the implementation, participation, drawing, or compliance with the conditions of participation and data protection regulations.
   

IX. data protection

1. In order to conduct a competition, the organizer must collect personal data from participants, such as their names and email addresses. Personal data transmitted to the organizer in connection with participation in a competition will be collected, stored, processed, and used by the organizer and any cooperation partners involved solely for the purpose of conducting and processing the competition in question.
2. Additionally, with the participant's consent, the data may be used to provide personalized offers and information.

X. Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid or missing provision, the relevant statutory regulation shall apply.

This giveaway is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
