Committed

The question of whether the operation of a festival tent can be climate-neutral can be answered with a clear YES. Our collaboration with regional producers and the reduction of transportation distances are concrete measures for climate protection. In addition, we make a voluntary contribution to CO2 compensation.

Following the motto "not just talking, but acting," we carefully track every kilometer traveled for the transportation of festival tent components and the daily delivery of food. The energy consumption during the event days also contributes to the environmental balance of our festival tent.

Special importance is also placed on the selection of regional suppliers. For example, all bread rolls are baked at a nearby bakery.

Here you can find an overview of frequently asked questions.

Tokens

Our tokens represent a minimum purchase requirement for your reservation. The value can be applied to all food and drinks on the menu. Please understand that cash refunds or reimbursement of any remaining amounts are not possible. Unused or expired tokens will not be accepted or refunded.

Voucher in the boxes

The voucher represents a minimum spend requirement for your reservation and can only be redeemed on the printed validity date; after that, it expires. All ordered food and drinks will be recorded and billed. Separate billing is not possible. Once you're ready to pay, our service team will create a tent catering bill, which you will settle using the voucher. Any additional consumption must be paid on-site in cash or with a credit/debit card. Unfortunately, refunds for unused remaining amounts are not possible.

Payment

Your invoice will be sent via email, and we kindly ask that you make the payment within the specified deadline. Our bank details can be found on the invoice in the footer on the right. Once we receive your payment, the reservation will be confirmed.

Access bands

We will gladly send you the entry bands as well as the beer and food vouchers within Germany or to other European countries (excluding Switzerland & the UK) via insured package after payment has been received. Alternatively, you can pick up the vouchers at our festival office before the reservation date. Shipping to parcel stations, P.O. boxes, as well as to Switzerland & the UK is not possible.

Reserved seats

Punctuality is key. Please take your seats on time. Paid and thus final reservations will remain valid up to 45 minutes after the confirmed reservation time. In exceptional cases such as traffic jams, bus and train delays, or heavy traffic and visitor crowds at Cannstatter Wasen, the validity may be extended. If reservation requests require it, we reserve the right to assign you a different seat at short notice.

Shift change

Lunch reservations on Saturdays: our festival tent is completely vacated after the end of the shift. It is therefore necessary to leave the festival tent and must be complied with. Staying at bars and corridors is also not permitted for safety reasons.

From 16 years

So-called 'permission slips' (Muttizettel) are not accepted at our venue. Access to the tent is allowed from the age of 16. Minors under the age of 16 are only permitted in the festival tent when accompanied by a legal guardian.

Dress code

We reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals wearing inappropriate clothing (e.g. sweatpants, tracksuits, sportswear). Traditional festival attire is warmly welcomed. We kindly ask for your consideration.

Admission without reservation

Of course, you can also visit our party tent without a reservation. However, please understand that depending on how busy the festival tent is, there may be waiting times at the entrances.

Extra entry straps

Unfortunately, we cannot purchase individual admission bands. These are only available in conjunction with a seat reservation.

Cancellations

A reduction or complete cancellation of the reservation is free of charge within 14 days (before the start of the festival), as long as no payment has been made.

VAT forms

VAT Refund Form for members of the US armed forces will be accepted. Please send us the signed form by mail. We will return the completed copy to you. Afterward, you can transfer the net amount. For further information on the procedure, feel free to contact us by email.
