General Terms and Conditions for the “currywurst & Piccolo” Giveaway – Beim Benz

I. organizer

The organizer of this competition is BENZ & CO. Festbetriebe GmbH, Mercedesstraße 69, 70372 Stuttgart (hereinafter referred to as: Organizer).

II. Duration of the giveaway

The “Currywurst & Piccolo” giveaway starts on April 19, 2025, and takes place daily until May 11, 2025.

III. Scope of Application

By participating in the giveaway, each participant acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions as well as the stated participation period.

IV. Participation

  1. Any natural person of legal age residing in the Federal Republic of Germany or Austria may participate in their own name.
  2. Each person may participate only once.
  3. Employees and service staff of the festival tent are excluded from participation.

V. PROCESS

  1. Scan the QR code on the screens.
  2. Fill out the registration form. 
  3. You are then automatically entered into the prize draw.

VI. Selection of Winners

The winning table is randomly selected in the festival office via a random generator. The prize always goes to an entire table.

VII. Prize Acceptance

  1. The winning table number is announced.
  2. The table receives one voucher for 10x Currywurst and one voucher for 5x Piccolo – each redeemable at the BENZ-Bar.
  3. These vouchers are only valid on the respective day.
  4. The prize is awarded solely in the scope specified by the organizer.
  5. Cash payment or exchange of the prize or discount is excluded. The prize is non-transferable.

VIII. Premature Termination, Exclusion

  1. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In such a case, participants are not entitled to any claims.
  2. The organizer also reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway in the event of violations of these terms and conditions or if participants attempt to manipulate or use dishonest methods.Participants may withdraw their declaration of intent to participate in the giveaway at any time. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of this notice. Timely dispatch of the withdrawal notice is sufficient to meet the deadline.

IX. data protection

  1. To run the giveaway, the organizer must collect personal data of participants, such as names and email addresses.
  2. Personal data submitted as part of the giveaway will be collected, stored, processed, and used by the organizer and, where applicable, cooperating partners solely for the purpose of conducting and processing the giveaway.
  3. Additionally, with the participant's consent, the data may be used to provide personalized offers and information.

X. Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid or missing provision, the relevant statutory regulation shall apply.

This giveaway is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
