General Terms and Conditions for the “Free Beer” Giveaway – Beim Benz

I. organizer

The organizer of this competition is BENZ & CO. Festbetriebe GmbH, Mercedesstraße 69, 70372 Stuttgart (hereinafter referred to as: Organizer).

II. Duration of the Competition

The “Free Beer” competition starts on 19.04.2025 and takes place daily until 11.05.2025.

III. Scope of the Competition

By participating in the competition, each participant acknowledges these terms and conditions and the specified participation period.

IV. Participation

  1. Anyone who is of legal age and resides in Germany or Austria may participate in their own name.
  2. Each person may only enter once.
  3. Employees and service staff of the Festzelt are excluded from participation.

V. Procedure

  1. Scan the QR code on the screens.
  2. Fill out the registration form. 
  3. Automatically enter the draw.

VI. Selection of Winners

The winner table will be drawn by a random generator in the Festzelt office. The winner is always an entire table.

VII. Acceptance of the Prize

  1. The table number will be announced.
  2. 10 Maß of beer will be delivered to the table by a service employee.
  3. The prize is fundamentally limited to the scope stated by the organizer.
  4. A cash payout of the prize value or discount value and the exchange of the prize are excluded. The prize is non-transferable.

VIII. Early Termination, Exclusion

  1. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons if the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons. Participants will have no claims in such cases.
  2. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in case of violations of the terms and conditions or if participants use manipulation or other dishonest means.
  3. The participant is entitled to revoke their declaration of intent to enter into a contract and participate in the competition at any time. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of this instruction. To comply with the deadline, it is sufficient to send the revocation statement on time. The revocation must be made in writing without giving reasons and sent to: kontakt@beimbenz.de.

IX. data protection

  1. To conduct the competition, the organizer must collect personal data from participants, such as name and email address. Personal data transmitted to the organizer in the context of participation in the competition will be collected, stored, processed, and used by the organizer and possibly involved cooperation partners solely for the purpose of conducting and processing the respective competition.
  2. Additionally, the personal data of the participant may be used, with their consent, to receive personalized information and offers.
  3. After the expiration of the specified periods or upon revocation of the consent, the data will be deleted unless they are required to be kept longer due to legal retention periods. X. Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the respective legal regulations.

The competition is exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
